Curved belt conveyors

Guangzhou Hongjiang Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. has released a new range of belt conveyor curves.

The new standard range of belt conveyor curves is available in three pulley diameters (which correspond to three load ratings of up to 50kg) and belt speeds of up to 2.5m/sec, with nominal widths to 1500mm and inner radiuses to a maximum of 1500mm.

The belt curves are available in angles that include 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree configurations. Special application variations are available on request.

Applications for this new range of conveyor belt curves include printing and paper industries, for the linking of packaging machines or other processes, warehousing systems, freight and courier industries, all the way through to airport applications.

According to the company, the belt curves can be easily incorporated into any existing or new conveyor system designs, with variable mounting options for drive packages, product sensors, lateral guides and supports available.

The maintenance free belt guidance system is said to be one of the most stable and robust on the market, with very low noise emissions even at high speeds.
